FilezKit lets you convert and edit files without creating an account. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle your files.
Files you upload are processed to perform the conversion you requested and stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage so the result can be delivered to you. Files are automatically deleted after a short retention period and are never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
You can use every tool without signing up. If you choose to create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password so you can access your history. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
For anonymous use we may log basic technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to keep the service running, prevent abuse, and enforce fair-use limits. We do not build advertising profiles.
We use trusted infrastructure providers for cloud storage, databases, and hosting strictly to operate the service. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Transfers are protected with SSL encryption. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
