By using FilezKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FilezKit provides online file-conversion and editing tools. Most tools are available without an account. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.
You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or use it to process material you do not have the right to process. We may apply fair-use limits and block abusive traffic.
You retain all rights to the files you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary right to process and store those files only to deliver the conversion you requested. Files are deleted automatically after a short retention period.
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilezKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
